ARCH SKINCARE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are designed to help ensure a smooth, respectful, and supportive experience for all clients attending Arch Skincare.
By booking an appointment, purchasing products, enrolling in memberships or payment plans, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
Appointments can be booked online, in clinic, or by contacting Arch Skincare directly.
Please ensure all contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate and up to date.
Some treatments may require a consultation or medical clearance prior to treatment.
Arch Skincare reserves the right to decline treatment where it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed. To respect appointment availability and clinic scheduling, we kindly ask for adequate notice where possible.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of prepaid treatments
- Clients arriving significantly late may require appointment modification or rescheduling to avoid disruption to other bookings
- Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may require prepayment for future appointments
TREATMENT SUITABILITY & MEDICAL DISCLOSURE
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information, including medications, allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions, and any relevant health concerns.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients.
Arch Skincare reserves the right to modify or refuse treatment where necessary for client safety.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes and treatment suitability.
TREATMENT RESULTS
Every skin behaves differently, and individual treatment outcomes will vary depending on skin condition, lifestyle factors, medical history, home care compliance, and consistency of treatment.
While treatments are selected carefully and professionally, no guaranteed outcomes are implied or promised.
Treatment recommendations are always tailored individually based on your skin condition, goals, and long-term skin health.
PACKAGES, PROMOTIONS & VOUCHERS
Promotional offers, introductory offers, treatment packages, and vouchers are subject to the following conditions:
- Only one promotional voucher or offer may be used per person unless otherwise stated
- Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, membership pricing, referral credit, package pricing, or promotional campaign
- Promotions are valid only within the advertised promotional period
- Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
- Arch Skincare reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher or at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers:
- Are non-refundable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be presented at the time of appointment or purchase
- Are not redeemable after expiry unless required by Australian Consumer Law
Arch Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are designed to support consistency and long-term skin health through ongoing treatments and professional guidance.
- Memberships are billed automatically via your nominated payment method
- Membership terms may be 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the selected plan
- Membership inclusions are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Membership pricing cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated
- A minimum of 14 days written notice is required for cancellation after the agreed minimum term
- Failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are offered on selected treatment packages and services to help clients access long-term treatment pathways more comfortably.
- Payment plans must be approved prior to commencement of treatment
- Treatments may not commence until the required initial payment has been received
- Scheduled payments must be maintained according to the agreed payment arrangement
- Missed payments may result in suspension of future appointments until payments are brought up to date
- Payment plans are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Arch Skincare reserves the right to decline or discontinue payment plan arrangements where necessary
CLIENT REWARDS & REFERRALS
Client Rewards Program
Points are automatically added to eligible client accounts following qualifying purchases and treatments.
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned
- Rewards are non-transferable
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Arch Skincare reserves the right to amend or discontinue the rewards program at any time
Referral Program
Referral credits are available when a new client books and attends their first appointment through an existing client referral.
- Referral clients must be new to Arch Skincare
- Referral credits are non-transferable
- Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash
- Referral credits cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers unless otherwise stated
PRODUCT PURCHASES
Professional skincare recommendations are provided based on individual skin needs and treatment goals.
Clients are responsible for following usage instructions provided by Arch Skincare.
Results may vary depending on skin condition, product usage, consistency, and individual skin response.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of professional skin treatments and products, refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Used or opened products
- Completed treatments or services
- Prepaid packages, memberships, or payment plans already commenced

This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
