Client rewards and referrals

We genuinely value the trust our clients place in us and love being part of your long-term skin journey. Our client rewards program is a simple way to thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to your skin health. Points are automatically added to your Arch Skincare account following eligible purchases and treatments.

Once you reach 8,500 points, you will receive a reward to use toward future treatments or skin care purchases.

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned
• Points are automatically added to your client account
• Rewards are non-transferable
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash

Many of our clients discover Arch Skincare through recommendations from friends, family, and existing clients, which means a great deal to us. As a thank you for referring someone to the clinic, we offer a referral credit toward your future treatments.

When a new client books and attends their first appointment through your referral, you will receive a $50 treatment credit added to your client account.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

• Referral clients must be new to Arch Skincare
